Unveiling our new Head Chef!

Hello and welcome, readers!

My name is Chef Kevin McKellar, the new Head Chef at the Flealess Hound Pub, and I am thrilled to introduce myself to you through this blog.

I’m originally from Ontario, but now call British Columbia home. I am a Chef/Consultant that has always had a passion for writing and sharing my thoughts with others. The main purpose of starting this blog is to connect with like-minded individuals and create a platform where we can engage in meaningful discussions.

I am a former athlete with the good fortune of an 18 year American Football career. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, mostly to third world and developing countries. We can learn so much from people who are less fortunate. I also enjoy exploring new places, ghost hunting adventures, trying different restaurants and cuisines, as well as immersing myself in the world of true crime. With a lengthy background in the hospitality industry, I’ll bring a unique perspective to the topics I’ll be discussing on this blog.

On this blog, you can expect to find a variety of content ranging from personal anecdotes to informative articles on topics that interest me. By visiting this blog, you can gain insights, inspiration, and perhaps a new perspective on various subjects.
